"Cheese!"
Another friend from the zoo. :) These guys have obviously been at the publicity bit for some time now as they come right over to the fence (albeit slooooooowly) to say "hello" and give you a nice smile for the camera. This guy probably came from the Galapagos Islands (did you know that's part of Ecuador???), and though you cannot really tell how large he is in this photo (he's very big!), you can know that the ones living on the Galapagos Islands are much larger than this one.

He did not disclose his age but we thought maybe around 100. :)
I believe it's rude to ask a turtle its age!
He/she certainly appears to be a happy and contented creature.
