At long last...

I finally caught a picture of a humming bird - HA! I guess this is the only kind I can really capture without having the whir of their wings blur the photo. ;) This is yet another of the cool sculptures you will find here in the Quito area.

I have heard of the Easter bunny but
never the Easter Hummingbird. LOL

Looks like a lovely sculpture.

Somehow I'm confused. Hummingbird with its own HUGE eggs or an Easter sculpture? The eggs look pretty big!!

A great idea for sculpture art. The eggs look huge compared to the hummingbird but that is just one of the liberties an artist can take. I like your picture.

Glad you enjoyed this sculpture :) The eggs ARE enormous for the bird, but I guess art is about the perspective of the artist, right? Maybe they belong to an ostrich and the hummingbird is egg watching. ;)

I'm with you....trying to catch a hummingbird or dragonfly is beyond me! :-) This one is good enough and beautiful!
